How do you return to the "Show Results" screen?

Hi. I'm a first-time user. I performed a full scan, clicked "Show Results" when it completed, but then I went back to the main screen without clicking "Remove Selected". Now I have no idea how to get back to the "Show Results" screen so I can remove the items. I've tried every tab. The Scanner tab looks like it's just giving me an option to re-scan. I haven't closed the program. I assume I'm overlooking something obvious. Is there a way I can get back to the results screen?

Once you have gone this far, you can not return to the results list. Please run a quick scan to get all of the results back.
