XP Anti-Virus 2011 strikes again! Need help

Just today, doing my thing surfing the web, and suddenly the windows security center thing pops up saying my firewall is disabled and there was two...I knew there was something fishy about it right away so I clicked to run Malwarebytes but nothing happened. Tried running other programs like Mozilla and same thing. Nothing happens. Avast was still functioning so I ran a full scan, but alas nothing showed up. What can I do from here?

Never mind, just ran malwarebytes with mbam.exe renamed to mbam.com and did a full scan and it was removed.
