Tried to bring across files by flash drive. Will not open.Tried to randomize exe file name. Will not open.Tried to name exe file explorer.exe. Try all three (safe mode, safe mode with Networking and Safe mode with Command Prompt).You can access these options by tapping F8 when your computer is starting until the Advanced Boot Options menu comes up.On the Safe Mode welcome screen, choose the Administrator account.Please let me know if any of that works.
