Hi

It seems I have the same issue as most on here but unfortunately I cannot run MBAM... in fact I cannot run regedit, notepad, .exe's, browsers, anything that I download... or indeed anything that would help to solve this issue other than task manager and using win explorer as a browser

I need to find a way to get around what is stopping me altering the registry and running MBAM

can anyone give some advice please?

ok so it seems im a bit out of practise .... the nothing working issue was simply me forgetting that I needed to be right clicking and selct 'run as administrator'

MBAM did its job and found the culprit files...... following a reboot things are how they are supposed to be

Can you post the logs from MBAM and to make sure it's all gone...please do this:

Save it to your desktop.

Double click on the icon on your desktop.

Click the Scan All Users checkbox.

Push the Quick Scan button.

Two reports will open, copy and paste them in a reply here: (or attach them as .txt files)

OTListIt.txt <-- Will be opened

Extra.txt <-- Will be minimized
