Can I preform a daily scan while I wait for help in the Hijack Forum?

I have posted my problem on the Hijack this forum and am awaiting help. I know it may take a while but in the mean time can I still preform a daily scan of my computer? It seems like whenever I do a scan alot of stuff is found! I would post a log of what it finds but I hate to make more of a hassel for the wonderful and knowledgeable person that helps me.

Shouldn't be a problem, just save all of the logs for the expert. And of course, update Malwarebytes' before you do your scans as the databases are updated more than once a day.
