New Error on auto download of 1.31

Running Win XP (SP3) Got the new version automatically.... after the download, I rebooted, Tried to start MBAM, got an Error box that says: Error Loading database. Line: #1278. (0). MBAM is gone on taskbar or not running. Using Trend Micro Internet Security 2009. I shut that off and tried to start MBAM same error message. Trend Micro is the only one on. Need advice please. TIA

Did a remove from the CP add/remove, reboot, of MBAM & installed ver. 1.31 again, reboot, seems to be working ok now!

Scan ran clean, Protection Module is enabled... I believe I recall we were to remove ver 1.30 before doing the install

of ver.1.31 ?? correct me if I'm wrong? If that was the problem, sorry for sending up the flag!

Something happened during the update and the database became corrupt. If it happens again, a simple reinstall will fix the issue. I doubt it will happen often if at all.
