Fake Trojan Help

I was hoping someone could help me out. I got a virus somehow and it was messing with my internet access. I ran SpyWare Doctor and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It apparently fixed the problem when I run FireFox, but it is still giving me the warning screen when I open Internet Explorer. I'm sure you've seen it before, but it says "Insecure Internet Activity. Threat of Virus Attack" and gives me an option to get real-time protection or continue unprotected. Again, I'm sure this is ringing multiple bells at this point and that you know what I'm talking about, so I would really appreciate any help I can get in this matter. Here's my HijackThis log...
