Please help! Troja.vundo and trojan.agent

Hello,

I've recently had some serious problems that I've been trying to fix for the past few days. Ive gone to a numerous websites looking to fix this and I think i've narrowed it down to vundo, and malwarebytes has also found "trojan.BHO". I ran combo fix once, seemed to get rid of almost everything. But I still have 2 items that come up in mbam. The spot in my registry it has found is
