OFF LINE UPDATER NOT EXECUTING

Hey all..

I have create a offline share folder on our server that is programmed to received updates. Our client pcs are required to get the updates from the shared drive and update the individual pc. I have used the same VBS script given in the documentation and tested. The script is accurate, unfortunatelt the update.exe does not update the definitions. Any help why this happening and where to trouble shoot?

I am a Win7/Office 2007 environment

Malware Bytes Corporate verions 1.50.11

All Malwarbytes folders have full domain rights...

I've attached a copy of the .vbs in case needed for review.
