Hello and welcome to the forum. Most of the time, yes, however there are so many variants of Vundo that it may not be able to get rid of them all. Vundo is constantly being modified to avoid detection/removal so if MBAM won't get rid of it, try updating Malwarebytes' then do another quick scan. Please be sure not to install any software or use any removal/scanning tools exept those that you are instructed to by the expert who will be assisting you as doing so can make their job much more difficult. I hope I was helpful. Good luck and safe surfing.
