I have a question about Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware if anyone would mind answering.

1. Can Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware remove the Vundo/Virtumonde malware by itself without using ComboFix?

Hello and welcome to the forum. Most of the time, yes, however there are so many variants of Vundo that it may not be able to get rid of them all. Vundo is constantly being modified to avoid detection/removal so if MBAM won't get rid of it, try updating Malwarebytes' then do another quick scan.
