Need help with malicious outgoing IPs

I have the upgraded version of Malwarebytes, and lately I've been getting popups from Malwarebytes saying "Malwarebytes anti-malware successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website... Type: outgoing". The IPs all seem to be from REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA, LATVIA and the UKRAINE. The following is a list of some of the latest blocked IPs: 195.216.178.142, 89.28.61.249, 195.64.185.27, 89.28.72.67, 79.135.141.168, 89.28.94.230. I have read on here that this could be a Skype issue, but I want to make certain.

This has affected both my laptop and desktop. In reading the forums, I've learned that I should include the following logs, DDS.txt, Attach.txt, and RKU log, so I have run those programs. When I tried to send this post, I kept getting the notification, "Your post was too long. Please go back and shorten it a little" so I have attached my files instead. In order to separate the 2 computers and help make things easier to understand, the files regarding my desktop computer all begin with "Desktop".

Likely that uTorrent is to blame here.

First, please see:

HijackThis Forum Policy

We will not be party to obvious use of key gens, cracks, warez or other illegal means of downloading software, music, videos ect. This means no P2P evidence will be supported. Logs that show these in them, will given the option to remove the P2P items. Keygens, cracks, warez and similar will have the thread closed period. It's theft and against the law.

Utorent was on my desktop and not my laptop, but the problem has been on both computers. I've removed utorent from my desktop as per your instructions. Anything else I should do?

I have kept Skype from loading on my laptop and haven't had anymore problems with the laptop, and have left Skype open on my desktop and the problem has persisted there, so I am guessing that this is a Skype issue. What do you recommend?

Hi,

Skype is a Peer-to-Peer program, so it connects to many different networks in many different locations. When MBAM detects an attempt to access a network on our block list (and they may be blocked for various reasons), it means it was blocked successfully and you are not connected with the network in question. It does not mean you are being attacked; it means MBAM is doing its job.

If there is a particular IP that you feel shouldn't be blocked for whatever reason, let me know and we can see if it's a false positive.

Yes, I understand the concept of Malwarebytes blocking the bad IPs. My concern isn't about the ones they are blocking as much as the ones that they possibly aren't, since nothing is every 100%. And why are these IPs constantly trying to access my computer? That's my concern.

They aren't connections coming to your computer; see this from your log:

11:34:17 David Track IP-BLOCK 62.45.147.236 (Type: outgoing)

And why are these IPs constantly trying to access my computer?
Everything is outgoing, meaning Skype is connecting to outside servers, not the other way around. MBAM's databases are constantly being updated so rest assured, you're being protected as well as possible.
