Downloaded Malware--Now WinXP won't boot

MalwareBytes came highly recommended so I decided to download it from CNET and give it a try. The scan seemed to go well, it found 25 items or so, then asked if I wanted to restart. I selected (yes) and my system hasn't booted since. It just (Hangs) at the point where Windows should start.

I tried to repair using my Windows XP disk but I received the same (Hanging) result.

Right now I'm using a different boot drive and different OS.

Any help would be appreciated
