I just downloaded Malwarebytes and ran it. It found two problems and then stopped running. The log does not have any entry except to say that the program started so I don't know what it found and since the program crashes I can't fix anything. Somewhere I read to run OTL and I have the log from that but I will only post it if that would help.

Please download exeHelper to your desktop.

Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.

A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.

Post the contents of exehelperlog.txt (Will be created in the directory where you ran exeHelper.com, and should open at the end of the scan)

Next, please follow the steps in this topic and copy/paste all requested logs in your next reply (do NOT attach them):

If you cannot get MBAM to complete a QUICK scan in normal mode, please try running it in safe mode with networking. This tells you how to boot into safe mode with networking:
