Broken.open command --I cant get rid of it

Can anyone on the admin team help ---I have run Malywarebytes also in safe mode ---still cannot get rid of this.

Sorry meant to add --I reboot then re-run in normal mode and its back. Pattern is that it says its removed --but when I run Malwarebytes its back again. There is also a flickering of the screen --this has only been happening since I got this so could be connected
