Advice on 3 items found in scan

Like I said, I'm brand new to this, so that'swhy I ask. They seem harmless to me, and see no reason why it would be a problem, but was directed here from Wilders. Thanks in advance!

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\

^^^ Anything in the stats key that does not have an attached CLSID and dll is a long dead trace from malware removed in the past . ^^^

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{87255c51-cd7d-4506-b9ad-97606daf53f3}

^^^ This looks like a trace as well from malware removed in the past , the CLSID checks out as malware but in this case the dll it connects to is already gone . ^^^

Long story short , MBAM is being thorough but your system is not currently infected :huh:
