Automatic Scan Time

Recommended Posts

My software is set to scan at 02:00 AM which it does regularly, so long as I have the computer on at that time in the morning. Is there a way to change the automated scan time to a time during the day when I know the computer will be on and available to run a scan? I like to scan for spyware daily to keep my system clean, but don't leave my computer on all night. I've looked in settings but found no way to set the scan time. Is there a registry value I can set to make the time more reasonable?

Thanks.

sho-dan,

Thanks for the reply. I'm running 1.31 and don't have the "Check for Updates" under the Protection tab. My "Check for Updates" is on the Updates tab and there are no other options than to select a mirror site. I've looked for possible ways to change the configuration under the "Setting" tab, but none are available.

I first downloaded Malwarebytes in August 08, is it possible I have an older user GUI interface? Should I try to download 1.31 and re-instal?

Thanks again
