Anastasia Posted March 27, 2011 ID:405976 Share Posted March 27, 2011 Hi, i got infected with the windows xp Anti virus 2011 virus and just purchased this after a friend said it would fix it. So I tried to get the free version, but every time I downloaded and got to the point where it asks you to click "run" nothing would happen after I clicked it. So i bought the pro version and the same thing is happening, I really need some help. I know nothing about computers, what do I do to get past that point of clicking "run" ? Thanks! I bought the malwarebytes but it wont do anything after ive clicked "run" so theres no way I can follow the directions here to get rid of the virus.
