How do I get rid of the browser hijacker CLICK.GIFTLOAD!!!!!!

It is in the regeristry keys under Hkey Users\Default\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\featurecontrol\FEATUER CONTROL EMULATIONS. This is a real pain in the back side to get rid of. I have been using your free version for 3 years now and this is the first time that it didn't find the root problem. Spybot will find it and remove this till you start back up and it reroots itself again so it has got to be rooted somewhere else to please help!!!!!! got any suggestions??????. It is a real pain in the ass hyjacker it is keeping me from updating my computer!!!!!!
