To date I have ran numerous antimalware programs including MBAM. All the programs came out clean except Stopzilla (which I think may have been a mistake to install but it found a number of threats even though the symptoms continue. Should I remove this program from my computer before proceeding with any scans? I also ran Superantispyware which also found threats.
