Hi guys. I've just joined the forum, to try and discover if an infection is responsible for the problems I'm having with a network connection.

Earlier today, Malwarebytes removed this infection from our server (SBS03)

Registry Data Items Infected:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\Start_ShowMyDocs (PUM.Hijack.StartMenu) -> Bad: (0) Good: (1) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully.

Since then, the server won't connect properly to the network, it keeps falling off and something seems to be wrong with the network adaptor.

Is there a way to either find out more details about what was removed, or find out what might need to be repaired, please?

Hello.

This has nothing to do with any connectivity on any level, it is a display option. Contact corporate support below for more information

As a licensed reseller, affiliate, corporate, non-profit or government user or tech shop, your current inquiry is eligible for Malwarebytes
