Malware, XP AntiSpyware 2009, Malwarebytes Freezing PC

I have Windows XP Professional installed on my PC, about 3 days ago I started getting this error message

By the spyware? Creahes? Who writes this stuff?

Run RSIT

• Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.

• Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.

• Once it has finished, two logs will open:
  • log.txt will be opened maximized.

  • info.txt will be opened minimized.
