Forecastfox extension

I just recently discovered Forecastfox when I was using Opera, and I'm also trying it on Google Chrome. I've installed it as an extension on Firefox on both my laptop and our desktop, and it does a lot more in Firefox than it does in the other 2 browsers. I'm wondering if anyone else is using this extension in their Firefox browser, and if you've heard of or are having any issues or concerns with it. We're not having any problems with it here so far, and my husband likes having the information on the bottom of the Firefox browser. I guess I just want to double check and make sure there aren't any security concerns involving this extension.
