Domain - Explorer and windows continually lock up.

When we first log in explorer will lock up and have to be restarted through task manager. Also this happens when we execute most applications. See pictures

NO. It is @ 0 - 43% CPU usage.

2.5 ghz x64 processer, Running WXP 32bit WVista 32Bit W7 32Bit Ubuntu 64Bit

It happens only in XP.
