I got up to the Create New User Account, and it tells me to "Click CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT" in the PICK A TASK list box. Where is the PICK A TASK list box? I cannot find it anywhere...

Which version of Windows are you using?

I'm not sure what you want me to take a screen shot of...my problem is that I don't even know where to go to find the "pick a task" box described in the Create New User Account attachment that you previously sent. So what am I taking a screen shot of? I think it is just Home version. (It only says Windows XP when I start the computer, it doesn't say Business OR Home version.

Please read the steps as outlined in the link provided:

To open the User Accounts tool, open Control Panel from the Start menu, and then double click User Accounts.

To Create a New User Account

Click Create a new account in the Pick a task list box.

Type the name that you want to use for the account, and then click Next.

Select the desired account type, and then click Create Account.

Hope that's more clear

I've had this error message before and just deleted my Malwarebytes and downloaded another.

PROGRAM_ERROR_MISSING_FILE (2,0, mbamswissarmy.sys)

When I received the same message a month or so later, I came here looking for a permanent solution. TICKETPLACE had a problem close to mine I felt so I tried TMERC solution.I was unable to download the malwarebytes as a user account. When I set the Window 7 account to administrator, I had no problem downloading the malwarebytes. After running the program I deleted the account, ran it again and everything seems fine for now.

Too bad Malwarebytes wouldn't let me copy and paste the error message. A button to report the error would have been even better.
