I have been in contact with multiple sales people however they have not contacted me back or not been able to assist me in purchasing technician licenses. As well there is no easy way to contact the company directly by phone, so I am left posting on these forums which seem pretty active. I simply want to purchase technician licenses for my organization.Jerry,I have been trying since the last week of February to get in contact with MalWareBytes to purchase licenses and it is a nightmare. The first e-mail response I got was pretty quick but the salesperson recommended the wrong product. I emailed back to explain what I was looking for and haven't heard back yet. I've sent the same e-mail every 3-4 days and still no response. I even e-mailed Cleverbridge AND called them but they washed their hands of the whole situation and said that THEY don't even have a phone number to contact MalwareBytes. It is almost like they don't even want to sell their product to resellers or service organizations. Wish me luck and I'll do the same for you! As far as I know, anybody who sells MalWareBytes deals directly with MalWareBytes for their license codes so they will be in the same situation I am, unable to provide anxious customers with product. Jared Perry Posted March 15, 2011 Author ID:400207 Share Posted March 15, 2011 (edited) I just got contacted by Sammy once again, it appears they are sending me a template as this is the second time me and a colleague have been called "Jeff". Looks like they just send you a template email telling you that technician licenses no longer are available and you must buy the product for every computer. Below is a quote of the message, I have no idea who Jeff or Nick are..... Where there is no alternative we will have to abandon the idea of using Malwarebytes, as this is not a replacement for corporate AV products.
