Vodnick Posted November 24, 2008 ID:36212 Share Posted November 24, 2008 Hi, this is my first post so appologies if this is in the wrong area, I had the google redirect virus and was recomended Malwarebytes, I downloaded it and ran a scan and I think its found all the offending files, I was prompted to restart my computer to delete all of the nasties but when I checked after the reboot in the quarentine area they are still there. I presume that they are safley contained there (im not being redirected any more). I presume its best to be rid of them totally though.
