Help-I can't find how to unsubscribe

I have logged in a few times to find out how to unsubscribe from the form I first posted on (can't remember). I registered with the name: Cager38 and just want to pursue catching up with other interests that I hardly have time for now. Thanks for any help you can give me so I can stop receiving all the email posts from Malwarebytes. Thank you for helping me.

Hello, cager38:

To unsubscribe from topics and forums, first login.

Then click on your user name (when you hover over it it will say "your profile") in the upper right corner > my settings > notification options.

Then you can uncheck as many or all of the various options as you wish in the notification preferences and topics/forums sections.

Be sure to scroll down and click on the "save changes" button when you are done.

Then Sign out.

That should do it.
