COMPUTER PROBLEMS HELP PLEASE

I am new to this forum. I can"t install Microsoft updates and the icon stays yellow.

I have another problem, My speakers do not work. I have tried all the suggestions on utube.

Changes in services in run .... services.msc That didn't work.

I get a message that I have no sound devices. I am going crazy. I used the free Malwarebytes, It got rid of

many viruses. I tried downloading Realtek Ac97 4.6 and I got a blue error screen that said install it in

safe mode. I did that but I think it is corrupted. Anyway sound doesn't work, I don't know what info you need to help me. Donna C.
