Digitalpowered Toolbar

I'm not sure if I should post this here or not, but I'll just do. My problem is that i got this Toolbar called "Digitalpowered Toolbar", and I think it's a piece of malware. When I try to uninstall Firefox tells me to restart, and when Firefox pops up again, it says that a new "upgrade" is installed. And what do you know, the god damn thing is there again, right after I've installed it. When I search for annything with it, some random sites comes up. Malwarebytes or Hitmanpro did not detect annything. Can you tell me what to do?
