Possible keylogger and rogue system tool

I had gotton system tool 11 few months back removed using malewarebytes and couple other spyware advice from the internet..well i was recently hacked on one of my game subcriptions so i assumed it was a keylooger and ran malewarebytes and came up empty along with windows security esseintiels but superanitspyware found a rogue system tool entry so how do i know for sure its gone?
