ok did SFC but does it accurately fix anything or just scan it

It should give you a log somewhere,

Also Check disk would be the best idea next.

Quote Microsoft MVP: SFC replaces missing or damaged system files so it benefits the computer.

To create Log for sfc /scannow

put the command from below (copy and paste it) into that box and then hit enter.

findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt

that creates the sfcdetails.txt file in the folder you are in when you run it.

@ asianmusicguy:

I noticed that you have another thread here: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=74520, asking about installing different types of AV and anti-malware apps.

If you are having issues with your system (including possible OS corruption or trouble loading your user profile) and/or you think you might be infected, I might respectfully suggest perhaps that you start a thread at the KL forum, since you run KIS for your AV?

The main English user forum is here: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showforum=4

If you think you may possibly be infected, the virus-related forum is here: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showforum=19

My reason for suggesting this is that they offer an excellent diagnostic tool (GSI) the log for which greatly assists their experts in very efficiently pinpointing issues with one's system: hardware, software, viruses, etc.

BE SURE TO READ THE IMPORTANT TOPICS ARTICLES PINNED TO THE TOP OF BOTH FORUMS before posting.

Alternatively, of course, if you have any inkling that you system is infected, you could also start a thread at the HJT forums here at MBAM.org.

The malware removal forum is here: http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showforum=7

One of the authorized, trained, outstanding experts can review your logs and help get your system cleaned up.

Just a thought and a humble suggestion or 2,

@daledoc1 toy will see that i have posted a hjt log before no one respond

It sometimes takes 24-48 hours for one of the expert helpers to become available - they are the only ones who can post at that forum (aside from the person starting the thread).

So, regular members cannot reply immediately to your posts.

You might try to start another thread there.

Alternatively, as a paying customer, you could start a ticket at support@malwarebytes.org, or check out the other options.

It's up to you, of course.

I would create a topic in whichever forum you have for an OS here.

As they can give you more detailed answers to your questions.

Yes, the MS forums can be very good.

That is a good idea.

Sometimes, however, the responses are very slow or the responses overly technical & overwhelming for home users (in my experience).

(And, as the OP suggested, the idea of creating new profiles/switching profile rights in Windows could be complicated and, if not done correctly, could create a real mess.)

www.sevenforums.com & www.bleepingcomputer.com are also both very good, esp for OS issues.

My point to asianmusicguy about the KL forum (as a KIS user & KL forum user myself) is that their forum provides prompt, one-stop, expert assistance, accompanied by the use of an excellent diagnostics tool that greatly simplifies the process, without the need for lengthy thread of back-and-forth posts.

It was merely another option for the OP (as was the suggestion to start one unified thread here at the HJT forum).

Thanks for your suggestions!

Apparently the Temporary profile (which you can find in Start > Computer > (C:) > Users, it might say TEMP.Name-PC, is what happens when you're account gets deleted from the system.
