I was having my issues with MS Security Essentials....which directed to remove all security, malware, adware, etc. programs before installing updated version.

I was still having issues and chose to go elsewhere (F-Secure).

However, I do want to put Malwarebytes back on and although have the single AV program now, I think redundant Malware programs are encouraged.

I've still got the purchase receipt, password and key. However, I'm not sure how to proceed to replace the program in order to put it back in the action.

Thanks for your support in this matter!

Here you go:

Part 1: Install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware via the link below from one of our trusted download sites, at no cost of course, the install file name is mbam-setup (all downloads and set up files are the Free version, registration with your ID & key activate the Pro features)

http://malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php

Note: Ignore all 'Recommended' or 'Sponsored' software which is prominently displayed, they are ads and we do not have any association with them.

Save the file to your desktop and double-click it to begin the installation, selecting options you desire when presented.

Part 2: Once installed, register the software with key & ID:

There should be an Malwarebytes' icon on the desktop, double-click that to open program. If there is no icon, you can go to:

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Malware<<<<this folder... and double click the mbam icon in that folder

Once open, proceed as follows:

Step 1: Open the confirmation email you got from Cleverbridge (If you do not have this confirmation email from Cleverbridge, contact them: http://www.cleverbridge.com/342/?scope=cuseco Tech support does not have any access to, nor info pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.)

Step 2: Locate the License information within this email which has the word

Thanks for your very comprehensive legend of events!!

We're back up and running; obviously, it located an existing database that included the p/w & key....everything is current along with the newest version.

I feel pretty confident in the 3rd tier protection of AV and malwarebyte in place; haven't read of any conflicts with F-Secure and Malwarebytes...and they both appear towards the top of the list. so I think we're covered!

Best regards....
