How to uninstall the "My Way Search Assistant"

offers this uninstaller for the

My Way Search Assistant

that was often installed on Dell and other computer vendors.

For Dell "

My Way

" one of the older GUID ID was 78d944d7-a97b-4004-ab0a-b5ad06839940

On a Dell you can try the Windows Installer removal method. Click on Start - Run and type in:

msiexec.exe /x{78d944d7-a97b-4004-ab0a-b5ad06839940}

I would try the MyWay uninstaller first though as this GUID may not be the correct one for your system.

You may also want to look for and remove these keys if they're left over, but the uninstaller should remove them.
