Won't show scan results

Recommended Posts

After I did a quick scan, it said to hit the 'show results' button to display threats. I hit the button and it just displayed the 'scan' tab. It didn't show any results. Also no log was formed. I tried this a few times, but the same thing happened. I uninstalled it, re-installed it, did a quick scan and it worked. I was able to view the results and log. I quarantined/deleted 5 items. Now I did a full scan. It found one item during the full scan. I hit the 'show results' button and it did the same thing as before, no results and no log. Before I uninstall and re-install it, is there any way to fix this? I really don't want to do this every time I do a scan. I'm using the most recent free version. I'm on Vista Ultimate w/SP1. I also have Comodo firewall and Eset Anti-Virus. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the replies. I'm on a 32 bit system. I just got home from work a little while ago, so I figured I'd try to uninstalled it and reinstalled it again. I did a quick scan and every was fine. No malware and it created a log file. I tried a full scan, it ran for about an hour, found the one threat it didn't in the quick scan. I aborted the scan at this time and everything worked. I was able to view the results and quarantine it. It also created a log file. I have no idea why it is working now. I'll let you know if this happens in the future. Thanks again.
