A fellow member of a ForumUp forum wrote

I installed Malwarebytes a few weeks ago to get rid of a nasty virus.

Ever since www.postimage.org gets blocked.
www.imageshack.us seems fine.
Is there anyone out there able to help ?

and

I get messages like this popping up when I've been trying to look at some of the photos recently posted by X:

Type - outgoing
Port - a 5 digit no that changes every time
Process - iexplore.exe

It doesn't seem possible either to add postimage.org Ignore Lists.

Can someone throw some light on how to unblock the site for my associate, please?

Personally I do not have the problem with working through my FF browser.

It you feel it is a safe site, you can just add it to the ignor list as stated below.... (Try to access the site first....)

Note: These instructions are from an early version of Malwarebytes but basically are the same for the latest version.....

Add to Ignore List instructions:

Quote from the FAQ section of [iNFO] IP Protection:

How can I add an IP so it won't be detected and can access a site I need to?

This has now been implemented. Visit the blocked site and incur an IP block. Then right-click on the Malwarebytes system-tray icon after the block notification appears, and choose Add to Ignore List and the IP.

The only way you can add an IP to the ignore list now is to trigger a block by MBAM (eg visiting the site). The following figure shows an example of such a block:

If you can trigger that one, then you can add the IP(s) to the ignore list:

Please post back if you have further questions.

Thank You :)

Thanks for that: it is much appreciated by me and friends. ;)

Do I presume correctly, that

CODE

is an issue unrelated to the PostImage site's being blocked? If so, is there a solution?

The site you are visiting may not be malicious in itself, but if they have advertising on that page, the ads or the servers they reside on may be infected and trying to infect your computer using Java or a malicious script on that page....

Myself I tend to stay away from sites that are blocked by Malwarebytes, but if its a page I know it to be safe I add it, or I submit it in the False Positive section for review....
