continuous outgoing IP adress blocking

"I continually get a Malware Bytes pop up stating 'Successfully blocked IP access to a potentially malicious site' Type: outgoing. There are several different IP addresses that show up."

I cut this problem description from a "jford67" post because it describes my current situation with 3 IP adresses being blocked repeatedly over the course of ten-fifteen minutes(approx.). The three adresses are 221.7.91.31 74.208.164.166 and 87.106.24.200 . I've run MBAM (flash, full) with updated definitions several times. Results found nothing, however the blocking of outgoing IP adresses continues. What can I do? I have a basic knowledge of computers, but am nowhere near being an "expert".

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here or here or here.

Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
     
  2. Attach.txt

Fortunately, it appears my problem has been resolved. I downloaded and ran Microsoft's Defender. It seems to have solved my issues. Thank you for your reply. I'll post again if the problem re-appears.
