Program doesn't start automatically

Hello,

Thanks so much to Malwarebytes. Altough I have installed Norton 360 2.0 and Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes found 40 infected files which was sick off. Norton was finding and fixing but Vundo was borning again. Thanks to my new Malwarebytes, I am happy now. But the program doesn't start with Windows. I checked Start with Windows box under Protection tab but not helped. Everytime I need open manually and start protection. What should I do? Reinstall?
