regkey infection

Hi. Just downloaded and performed first quick scan with MBAM. Regkey is being flagged as adware.agent. Have quarantined. Is it a possible fp?

Enclosed is copy of scanlog.

Hi There.

No, it's not a false positive. It's an old registry key that was left over from a previous malware infection. MBAM tends to go the extra mile and really remove all traces of the malware, Other applications don't always strive for that. Some tend to leave behind harmless registry keys, which is what this is.
