Blocked avast.setup

I am using Avast free. Husband had been reading his email about 10 min. before the notification.

18:36:19 rdmu85 IP-BLOCK (Type: outgoing, Port: 59141, Process: avast.setup)

18:36:19 rdmu85 IP-BLOCK (Type: outgoing, Port: 59144, Process: avast.setup)

I checked my Avast and it is not showing any errors. Just wondering if I should add it to the ignore list or leave it be.
