Husband had been reading his email about 10 min. before the notification. 18:36:19 rdmu85 IP-BLOCK 67.228.77.19 (Type: outgoing, Port: 59141, Process: avast.setup)18:36:19 rdmu85 IP-BLOCK 67.228.77.19 (Type: outgoing, Port: 59144, Process: avast.setup)I checked my Avast and it is not showing any errors.
