Few reseller questions

Dear Sir/Madam ,

I am posting here because I read that email support is slow. I am considering our company becoming reseller of MBAM . I wanted to ask some questions and hope to receive an answer.

- Are licences purchased through a partner/reseller portal ?

- How we and clients receive a licence and some document for the licence ?

- What is the licence in MBAM (product key and/or what) ?

- What about invoices - we are in Europe (EU) and MBAM seems to be located in California , USA . Will there be any problems?

- How do we pay you for the licences purchased ? Can we pay using debit card or PayPal ?

- How about potential support re. reseller questions ?

- How do we get corporate quotting for businesses 25+ nodes ?

- Are the reseller prices always 30% OFF from the official price (available on the MBAM site) no matter the amount of licences purchased (1 , 10 , 15 , 30...) ?

- Are there any incompatibilities (known) with any antivirus software (Symantec Endpoint Protection , Norton) . I am concerned about the MBAM's IP scanner and Norton's and SEP's IPS ...

I would appreciate if someone answer the questions or send me a private message (PM) if public answer is not appropriate .

Current approval times are a minimal of 5-7 business days as all applicants are reviewed in depth. Please be patient as we try to get to everyone in the order of which they applied. Reseller requests are currently very high, so approval times may be longer.

All your questions will be answered by the reseller support staff.

I understand and that is why I asked to receive a PM or email . But why do I apply if we are not pleased by some of the answer . If I apply and most likely get approved I will not have any informatiormation that I need before starting. I will try the support email.
