Updating Malwarebytes

I have recently had trouble updating my Malwarebytes. Does someone know what is wrong with my computer?

I would describe the problem as a failure to connect with Malwarebytes, but I'm not sure:

It seems to try to upload two or three times before it brings up a window saying that an error

has occurred and that I should report the error to the support team. However, I haven't been

able to do that either; apparently the email for Malwarebytes is unavailabe.

So, I chose the next best option to post my query here in the forum in hopes that

someone could help me.

Please provide following details for troubleshooting, someone will help you:

  1. Error code
  2. OS version including 32/64-bit
  3. Installed Security Product(s) including Firewall
  4. MBAM version (current 1.50.1.1100)
  5. Definition version (current 5484)
  6. Do you use a router to connect to Internet
