Paid $24.95 to clean virus and still getting redirected. ANy way to fix? Got rid of most of the problems but this issue.

Sent an Email to help website but havent heard anything. They had no problem taking my $24.95! How do I get help or am I dead in the water and out 25 bucks.

For the record, as I know this will hit Google and other search engines, I have just confirmed the customer was helped promptly via our support desk that same day.
