System tools 2011

I have found this program System tools 2011 on my computer the day after xmas. i followed the instructions from this post but just this first ones

I ran Rkill

then installed mbam

and did a quick scan with mbam

hear is the log file

This log file is located at C:\rkill.log. 
Please post this only if requested to by the person helping you.
Otherwise you can close this log when you wish.

Rkill was run on 12/27/2010 at 8:44:47.

What should i do next

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware completely removes System Tool. What is the problem?
