Protection Module

Recommended Posts

Forgive me for what is possibly a stupid question.

I am new to this program (after just getting nailed by a trojan last night and this was the only program to get rid of it)

I am trying to enable the protection module as so I can do scheduled scans...but when I hit 'start protection', I get error code 732(0,0)

Am I doing something wrong?

Are you running a 64 Bit version of XP or Vista? If so then no you're not doing anything wrong. The Protection module does not work on Windows 64 Bit. If this is the case you can send a PM or email to Rubber Ducky for a refund.

I have Vista 64bit.

If I keep the program...is basically the only thing not going to work is the real time protection?

I guess I need to read better before I download.
