Virus disabled Windows Security Center and Windows Defender

Hi and thanks in advance for any assistance reply,

(I'm sorry for any mistakes in my writing, English is my second language)

I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise. Just a while ago I was downloading a .exe file. When I ran it, nothing happened and it suddenly disappeared from my desktop. After assuming it was a virus, I ran Windos Security Essentials and began a quick scan. Just in the middle of the scan, Windows security essentials shuted down, and the flag of messages in my task bar appeared, saying that Windows Security Center was turned off. I tried to turn it on, but a message saying "The Windows Security Center service can't be started" appeared. I restarted my computer but everything was the same, no WSE and no Windows Defender.

I also tried to do a restore, but the restore service was also disabled. Also every ten minutes an Internet Explorer pop-up appears (even when my default browser is Google Chrome).

The process of cleaning your system may take some time, so please be patient.
Follow my instructions step by step if there is a problem somewhere, stop and tell me.
Stay with the thread until I tell you that your system is clean. Missing symptoms does not mean that everything is okay.
Instructions that I give are for your system only!
If you don't know or can't understand something please ask.
Do not install or uninstall any software or hardware, while work on.
Keep me informed about any changes.

Step 1

Please, open HiJackThis and select Do a system scan only.

Check the following entries:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = localhost:9876

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [JP595IR86O] C:\Users\Jaime\AppData\Local\Temp\Fnp.exe

Then, close all open windows except that of HijackThis, and select Fix Checked.

Step 2

Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Go to "Update" tab and select "Check for Updates". If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Go to "Scanner" tab and select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.

Extra Note:

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediatly.

Sorry for the late reply, I thought I had to wait at least one day for a response. Thank You!

I forgot to mention, I was doing a full scan with MBAM before making this post, and removed all infections that were found. After that I did the HiJack This scan you asked me to do. I found the "R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = localhost:9876" you told me to check, but the second one wasn't there after the MBAM scan.

NOTE: Every time I do a scan with HiJack This, I get this message which I don't know if it's affecting the results:

For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, Hijack This may NOT be able to fix this.
If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click Start, Run and type:
notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
and press Enter. Find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them. Save the file as 'hosts' (with quotes), and reboot.
For Vista: simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the HijackThis icon, choose 'Run as administrator'.

I still get the same message when I try to turn on Security Center and still can't turn on Windows Defender. Also it seems that Windows Security Essentials was removed from my computer, I can't find any trace of it.

Then drag the CFScript.txt into the ComboFix.exe as shown in the screenshot below.

Now it seems everything is running normal. No more pop-ups, and I was able to turn on Windows Defender. I still haven't found Windows Security Essentials, I think it was removed completely from my computer. Should I reinstall it?

Last steps:

Step 1

Go to Start => Run... and copy & paste next command in the field:
```
ComboFix /uninstall
```
Then hit Enter button.

This procedure will do the following:

Uninstall ComboFix
Delete its related folders and files
Reset your clock settings
Hide file extensions
Hide the system/hidden files
Resets System Restore again

P.S.: Make sure there's a space between ComboFix and /uninstall

Step 2

Please uninstall HiJackThis.

Step 3
