I have been using iwon.com since October 1999 without a problem. I just had Malwarebytes installed and it is inhibiting me from opening my homepage and accessing parts of the website that I have always used. I spend 1-2 hours a day using their site for news and for playing mind-challenging games that I hope to keep my now 65 year old brain sharp and aware. If they are gathering information about what pages on their website I visit, I really don't give a hoot. I want to have my cranial exercise no matter what.

How do I get Malwarebytes to allow my surfing on this website? If I click on "Add" on the "Ignore List", I am taken to a "My Computer" screen and can find nowhere to allow iwon.com to be allowed.

If it has not damaged my computer in 11 years, I am willing to try it for another 11 years!

Greetings sheepdog and welcome :)

To have Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ignore an individual IP address, visit the website in question to incur a block. When you see the tray notification that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware has blocked the address, right-click on the red M tray icon and use the Add to Ignore List menu to have the IP ignored. You should then be able to refresh your web browser and visit the page. If not, then you may need to close and then open your browser and try again or clear your browser's cache to be able to see the page.

If at any time you decide to remove the selected IP from the Ignore List, you can do so by opening Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and clicking on the Ignore List tab.

Please let me know if the issue is now resolved or not and if you require any additional assistance.

Thank you.
