Fix this or give me a refund.

I have the paid "pro" version, ever since the last version, real-time updates stopped working. This was one of the main reasons I bought the software in the first place.

Now I get a message, "the datebase is out of date by 7 days".

The pro version said to include "automatic-realtime-updates", if you don't fix this, I will gladly uninstall your program and demand a refund.

Have you opened a ticket with support?

Did this just start in December?

Also one other thing i have seen is sometimes the scheduled job needs to be deleted and readded in 1.50

If you havent contacted support please contact them at

support@malwarebytes.org

They will gladly help you get this straightened out.

I also had this problem, all of us with the Pro version of 1.50 do. I sent a email to support this past Sunday and within a couple of hours they provided me with the patch. On a Sunday! They will take care of you, no need to uninstall and request a refund.
