False Positives for Chilkatmail

Is there a way to add these files so they are skipped?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\chilkatmail2.chilkatemail2

\chilkatmail2.chilkatemail2.1

\chilkatmail2.chilkatemailbundle2

\chilkatmail2.chilkatemailbundle2.1

\chilkatmail2.chilkatemailman2

\chilkatmail2.chilkatemailman2.1

If I run this on a new installed image it finds these, anyway to add them so they are not picked up? Any help or information would be great.

Thanks

Why not get them removed from detections? :)

Run the dev mode and provide that log so Bruce etc. can fix the detection if needed

Before reporting a false positive, you need to save a log in developer mode. This will allow us to figure out how the false positive came to be. Simply follow these directions.

1. Click the Start Menu.

2. Click Run.

3. Type in "mbam.exe /developer", without the quotes.

4. Run the same type of scan you did before and save the logfile and post it.
