Posible False Positive-MBAM

Recently, I encountered an awesome virus in a WinRAR download. It is called Trenderdia, the one that says "You will dead in a month." Well, it lead me to download the MBAM program. I ran it and it got rid of most of the files that were presented and since I have deleted them that accursed message has not arisen. Now, I am having a few breakdown problems with my computer and I suspected the trojan. NOw when I run MBAM it pops up with two files for Panda AV. I am not sure if they were rewritten files or just a false positive. I tried to erase them on the reboot but they are still there. Can someone please help me.

C:\Program Files\Panda Security\Panda Internet Security 2008\apvxdwin.exe (Trojan.Lop.H) -> Delete on reboot.
